I'll be interested to see how you tie the revelatory work of the
Spirit in culture and context together with the inerrancy of Scripture. I see the Bible as one book because of what I call The Common Language of God. Due to stuff that happened to me as a child, I experienced my first flashback hallucination when I was 10, as a symptom of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. My parents gave me a Catholic Bible and I read it cover to cover when I was 12. I was unable to keep track of time due to the PTSD, my circumstantial memory, though, kept track of everything by related circumstances and patterns. I was saved by grace after I finished the Bible and prayed. I asked Jesus to help me understand His book better and, over time, He showed me how He starts out with the seen elements of His creation (as in Genesis) having physical meanings, and then over time He embellishes them with Spiritual meanings. In that way we can 'visualize' Him and the spiritual realm. I started a blog recently to explain this better. His way of using His elements and our words creates (by Him) a linguistic meta-language. I'm learning Hebrew now, I know to be relevant it has to map out in the original languages, or its just an enigma of the English language. But I doubt that. The blog is at this link, they are meant to be read in order. http://thecommonlanguage.com/wordpress2/
